[1] "S" Version has composite (steel and urethane) bowl and spinner rings.
Used when smallest dimension of part is 0.125 inches or larger.

[2] "I" Version has carbide coated steel bowl and spinner gape ring and is considered standard for industrial applications and piercing jewelry.

[3] Dry unit includes blower and filter top.

[4] "SP" Version has solid tungsten carbide gap bowl and spinner ring.
The DF-10 SP has a gap of 0.005. The DF-14 SP has a gap of 0.020
Recommended for extremely long life and/or very small parts.

[5] Basic unit, comes with starter only.

[6] System comes with process timer, fill timer, variable speed and compound system.

Replacement (R & R) Part Program

The DF-8 is no longer made but some parts are still available. The DF-12 is a one piece urethane bowl and spinner construction wear parts. When the gap gets too large or the spinner wears out, the bowl assembly can be returned to the factory for an "R & R" repair and rework. The bowl will be resized, a new spinner fit and re-assembled with new bearings, seals, seal wear plate and shaft. This can be done a maximum of 3 times per assembly.
