Subject: Status of Nova Finishing Systems Inc.

To whom it may concern;

This is to inform you that due to a number of problems directly and indirectly related to the economy, Nova Finishing Systems Inc. is under going some major changes. First of all the company is and will be manufacturing product in New Jersey about 50 miles from our former location. Second, the office will retain the post office box as our official address location; however, physically we will be located in another close by town of Warminster. See addresses below.

Out telephone number will have to change; however, we will continue to call forward the old telephone number. The old fax number will still be an active line; however, it will not be in our building. A new fax number has been set up. For a short period of time, we prefer that you send all purchase orders and correspondence via e-mail to novafinish@earthlink.net. If needed, you can continue sending correspondence and faxes to the old address which belongs to Finishing Associates. Our relationship with FA is still very good; however, they too are moving and experiencing down sizing problems caused by the economy and they will not be able to accommodate our office in their new location.
